Managing a telemedicine network requires information about the network. The Collegium system provides certain performance information via the Coordinator's main menu: for example, graphs showing the numbers of cases received, or the time-to-first-response. This is useful for retrospective review (e.g. answering questions such as, "what happened last month?").
Other more complex questions require querying the database and some statistical analysis (e.g. answering questions such as, "what will happen if this trend continues?").
